I'm afraid my entire experience in the land of the Aztecs amounts to nothing more than a couple of hours in a Mexican bordertown. I have spent several years in Guatemala, however, where Cakchiquel and Chiche are more commonly spoken as a first language than Spanish. Obviously my Spanish lags. I doubt it was wise to refer to my poor little cows as "los pobrecitos."

"...aid falls off the lorry..."

Better off the lorry than off the lorro and in my face.

"...the foxes are still in charge of the henhouse..."

In fact, most of the henhouses are desocupado. Does anyone really believe that countries like Russia, which had billions in IMF money lost or stolen, sit on scads of PMs to dump on the market?

I still see Brazil as hitting new lows and unhinging Mexico. This will trigger the October crunch the Dow is likely in for. I do not call for gloom and doom. If it doesn't happen it's fine with me.
