Optional Cable Modem interface for $99 (new cable modem interface chips have recently become available). The design would not use PCI, and would run all peripheral chips as local bus peripherals. " I think the configuration can be much cheaper. You don't need a harddisk (a fast cd is enough). You can use a slower CPU (according to the lower resolution) and a company can buy everything a lot cheaper. I think the whole price would be below 150$. Ralph
