I believe that at the instigation of the major juice purveyors the FDA has initiated a new rule that affects all juice which is not pasteurized. A warning label must be affixed to all such fruit juices which states,"Warning. This product has not been pasteurized and therefor may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children,the elderly,and persons with weak immune systems"

This rule has negative implications for Fresh Juice since their products are not pasteurized.

Are you still buying FRSH? Anyone on this thread know if the stock buyout is a real deal at $3.35? If so when will it actually take place? It seems kind of fishy that the stock has been going down and hasn't had a lot of activity. Why isn't TOGA buying more as it would be cheaper for them? Can anyone explain?
