My personal opinion:
1.) Prwt had a agreement with the UDP, when UDP saw they were losing, destroyed any evidence related to the agreement, tried to discredit PRWT so that the new goverment could not take advantage of the situation.

Sorry there John, but that won't wash. That release didn't do PRWT any favours. It's re-release on the various sites down there is taking on a life of its own. This advantage is far too contrived.

2.) Contrary to what LaJag would have you believe, They are not engaged in illegal activities and I got no negative responses or tone from the Minister regarding Prwt.

Well I agree that there is probably nothing illegal going on down there. My point all along is that there is nothing much going on there in the first place. The only illegalities seem to be the misleading statements made here in the US by PRWT management through their Press Releases.

3.) He gave me the impression of being satisfied with what PRWT was doing "providing a service to the Belizean people".

Hey, I agree with this as well. If they are trying to do the basics of what they have said, this would be a service to the Belizean people.

4.) The press release WILL be removed from the IS site.

What is the purpose of that? Ooops it didn't happen? No, I am afraid that the only way the New Government would deal with that would be to release a retraction. Current news stories indicate something quite the opposite.

5.) Although not what I expected, everything looks to be o.k.

I am not quite so sanguine. We won't know for a while though.
