Also can you imagine the kind of arguments people would get into for a lousy pay raise?
how come the average raise was 1 meter of toilet paper and I got only .25mt; what do I need to do to get 2mt next year, and I can't feed my family with this lousy compensation

you want to talk crappy pay, try this. Their pay in vodka worked out to 15 bottles per month. Head out to a liquor store, price up a bottle of Smirnoff and think of that as a day and half pay.
