Not sure what this might mean. Perhaps they were somehow involved in the ASND/SRA deal from an investment advisor/banker perspective, and therefore couldn't provide research because of conflict of interest.

But somehow I doubt this, because I don't think MSDW provides investment banking services. I may be wrong on this point, however.

**It's hard to know how to interpret this, as MS previously provided regular research on the stock, having originally (I think) taken the company public. MS still covers LU, and published a favorable report on September 18 with a price target of $120. Any thoughts?**

They may be involve in the sra buyout.

MS is probably doing some investment banking work for them. They have had that note for about a month now. Hopefully they are acting as as advisor in a pending purchase of ASND not by ASND.
