{{Yawn}}. Yet another instance of Republican hypocrisy. So, what's new? :-)

Starr can start a law firm with a catchy title : "Hypocrites R Us". Or has the name already been taken by Buchanan, or Robertson, or "Rev." Falwell (where "Rev" stands for "Reverse") or one of their friends?

Dipy.

Right. It should not. 1) Starr did not release anything to the media; he delivered information to Congress, which independently chose to release it. 2) Starr's report contained graphic sexual descriptions specifically because Clinton had denied a sexual relationship w/ML and continued to deny that he had perjured himself when he said he had not engaged in sexual relations w/ML in the PJ deposition. That deposition specifically included touching the breasts, genitalia, etc. Clinton denied he had done that. Starr either had to let him get away with a statement Starr knew to be perjurous, put forward a conclusion without supporting evidence (and you know how the Dems would have jumped on that!), or give all the evidence to Congress which proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that Clinton perjured himself. Starr chose the responsible latter course.

He should be praised for doing so, for insisting that even the President be required to obey the laws just as you and I are required to.
