Any idea on when Insider Trading will be advertised on CNBC? Looks like a bargain at this price. Volume and price should pick up any minute now! I only have 500k but am picking up another 300K as we speak! Good Luck

Shareholder meeting summary: (facts only) PRWT Shareholder's Unanimously approve reverse merger, board of directors, and name change to Panamerican. Shares outstanding 750 Million 400 Million owned by Panamerican (using for acquisitions etc.) NO REVERSE SPLIT PLANNED. Current shareholders will receive 1 share of Panam for every 1 share of PRWT owned. Press releases - New law firm hired 6 weeks ago required press release freeze until reverse merger approval. Belize - Saw video of opening confirming recent posts. First market will be the 80,000 Belize Americans that work in the US. Govt program is targeting 10,000 new homes in the next five years. Realty Mortgage is going to start focusing on US market. Insider Trading - Nothing new. They plan to open offices for daytraders and provide software for your PC Panam Heathcorp- Creating a Patients alliance that provides services to Doctors and Patients. Will provide outsourced clearing for HMO transactions to Doctors that don't want to deal with the billing. Will also provide information and advice/representation (Not as law firm) to patients denied treatment by HMO's. There will be an official Stockholder Information Office created in the next few weeks. FINANCIALS Q ends September 30th. They have 45 days to file, but plan on filing sooner. NO FIRM DATE.
