I agree with you....selling on news is what many do..but here, knowing that we have major announcements in the works, I will hang on and see what develops...I think PLRP can turn into a major play...love that float of 1.8 Million!!!

Hi folks,
I just got off the phone with David Calkins. I wanted to confirm some of the stuff that's been said on this thread. For example, the outstanding shares and float both check out as 20M and 1.8M, respectively.

Some DD that hasn't been mentioned that might be of interest:
* There are 6 employee total at Pacel (including Mr. Calkins).
* Pacel is in its fifth year of existence.
* Their office has 3200 sq. ft., but they are looking to move at some point to a larger space.
* Not all the companies listed in the header of this thread have purchased the Visual Writer, some are clients because of other products or services.
* The Visual Writer costs companies about $1,995 with seat licenses that are less than $400/seat.
Most important:
* Mr. Calkins is not making any statements about future press releases. He doesn't know where these rumors are coming from.

So...
Who originated the idea that another PR is coming out about an acquisition (that brings $4.5M in revenue) and yet another PR about financing? I'm not saying these aren't going to happen, but if Mr. Calkins isn't saying, then who is?

Mr. Calkins sounds quite optimistic about the prospects for the next year.

Since my entry point for PLRP was .50, I'm down a whopping 45% on this stock since I can only sell at .343/share. Still, I'm thinking of giving this stock a few months to prove itself.
