Jeff,

So this announcement we just got, what does it mean to us. I'm not quite sure what a "minority owned economic development and empowerment company" is. Is it an organization such as NAACP, or rainbow coalition? Is this organization a non-profit organization? I don't know why the company did not release the name of the organization. I can see big potential in the joint venture if it's with an organization that is well known and the members would get a card to help the organization raise money. I just wish we had a little more news to go along with this.

What I like about this announcement is that the company has yet again shown that they continue to broaden their base. We now have a very diverse clientele, with who knows what other areas that we may see deals in the near future. We now have representation in "economic development organizations", banks, credit unions, health care organizations, entitlement programs and that's just off the top of my head! I've got a feeling we will see more announcements soon. I have a feeling management wasn't sitting idly by when the market turned down. Now that the market has stabilized, I think we'll see what they've been up to for the last month.

Kevin

Columbia moved higher again today; almost all the action was on the buy side. The market makers also anticipating the buying coming in moved the bid up to $3.50. They also began the day by moving up the price .18 on the very first ticket. This indicated they have very little stock on hand and any consistent buying will move this stock quickly to the upside. A good news story will do it, and the news is just a heartbeat away!
