Rob. I'm not going to argue with you. But I did not say you were an idiot. I said the comparison of AOL/AMTD itself was idiotic. Possibly a bad choice of words. Just the same though AOL got their problem fixed pronto, somewhat ended the advertising and responded to their customer complaints with a free month of service. AMTD continues to apparently ignore the problems that have been occuring regularly for the last 9 months. And the stupid commercials run even more. And the current system isn't fixed yet, but a new advertising campaign is already in the works. Where I come from that says loud and clear. WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. But it is an insult to every frustrated customer to make that comparison.
