No one builds a successful enterprise by not caring. That is a
false premise. They do care , they are correcting the situation
and they are doing business like they never thought possible, that
is the challenge to stay ahead. Starting Oct 12 I believe , they
will guarantee a 60 second execution on a market order for stocks.
If it takes longer they will waive trade commission. At least
it shows efforts in the right direction.....Gil

Sorry to insult you although I don;t see how it is an insult. If you don;t like the service then why not leave? Customers do have choices. If the service is bad they'll leave. If it's good and is improved they may stay. I guess long term we'll see. Not to insult anybody but AOL survived. Customers had a choice and with Online trading there are plenty of choices.
