I don't believe anyone's ever complained about the speed of execution. The main problem is getting through to place the order to begin with...

Gil, About that 60 second execution guarantee. It doesn't mean squat. Shouldn't that be something that any reputable broker does??? And remember: You cannot get your order executed until you have first actually been able to ENTER the order. And AMTD's biggest problem is that it is nearly impossible to get your order entered online in a fast, efficient, timely manner. Especially during the first and last hour of trading. And if AMTD is so customer friendly, why in the hell have these such problems persisted for well over 9 months now? No excuses please.
