I just send this e-mail to 323 members of an information-service which had posted false information about ARET. ______________ This E-mail is send to a group of investors which to my best knowledge have misinformed about ARET. You have been informed that ARET is in bankrupcy - That is false. Aret have never been in Bankrupcy or even in CH11. One ARET daughter company was in CH11 in late 96 till aug 97 that was Tomahawk Construction Company (TCC). ARET still have a line of subsidiaries KLHE offices - It is stated in ARET's filing that ARET will resolve those subs via CH11 - It will have no impact on ARET balance - It is simply to be considered housekeeping. Many of you have also been told that a reverse split is in the near future - That is false too. 3 years ago a reverse was decided by the board - If the companys shares reached a level where a reverse could bring the company to NASDAQ. It has been clearly stated by the company that such will be an objective again when possible - It is not possible until the price comes into a level around 30-50 cent. ARET trades by now just around 1 cent. 220MM shares outstanding 500MM authorized. No reason for a reverse!!!! ARET is a filing company - everything said above can actually be read in the filings available at this link: sec.gov At Silcon Investor, there is an ARET Infostore thread where all press releases and other important information can be obtained - All is put together in some 58 posts there. Here is the link to that: Subject 17400 ARET is a company with everything lined up for success: Government support in providing mortgage to Native Americans. (Gov. agencies have till now accepted to buy loans up to 30MM USD alone for ARET daughter FAMC to process) Good housebuilding system to sell to same. 200,000 Houses are the current need in the Native communities. Contacts from Manitoba to Mexico - at the end of the day providing work for construction all year around. Good contacts to provide plant building on Native land providing work for the Nations, among other along the I-35 Corridor (Free-trade Zone) Huge potential, also for getting such construction work funded. ARET have a clear mission both to be profitable and to improve economy in Native Community. ARET need support from it's investors - It is my opinion that ARET for the time being is traded at a too low level, and that it is due to actively trading against ARET mission. If you want to support ARET's mission you should not hesitate to take some shares of ARET into your portfolio. - This is not a recommendation to buy - Penny stocks are always a risk investment - But it is indeed a recommendation to support the company.
