Gumpster, I am sorry to be a total anglo-canuck pain in the butt, but initially someone said that OTC under a buck were ok but then you said no OTC under a buck in a post. I have just checked the rules and I have not been enlightened. I know that you cannot short an OTC. please advise me. regards, del.
