The idea doug is not that the testimony has any relevance (although I think it certainly does)or what its effect on the case is. The idea is that the Judge directs a verdict because of the misconduct (for which he should be disbarred) of Mr. Clinton in the trial, his perjury, obstruction and use of false evidence to advance his position. In short, Clinton forfeits his defense because he tired to subvert the process and was not candid with the Court. The idea is punishment for misconduct. How long did you practice, if ever? JLA

Please carefully read this article. You do know who Andrew P. Napolitano is, don't you? Your legal arguments about the basis for not re-instating the Jones case or a default judgement for Jones are just plain wrong. I'm sorry, but I'm deferring to Judge Napolitano's reading of the law. bp
