LG,

I dont want to give the impression that my technicals are indicating a break of 7400-7500 at this time. 7400-7500 could very well be the bottom, but I am not convinced at all that we are back in an uptrend yet.

On a subjective basis, not on technicals, I do feel that the weakness in the world economy is still very weak and it will take much time to repair the damage. I do feel that effects of current international economics have not yet fully manifested in the U.S. Will it be much worse, I dont know, but just feel strongly that the full impact of the world's economic problems is still to come. Im not talking DOOM and GLOOM, just that the whole matter is not over. So subjectively, I do feel we could still break the 7400-7500 support and go lower, but on a technical basis I have no proof of that.
