Just all good examples of their business model, which the Street has rejected. But it's not you that's living in the past, it's Sim. He keeps talking about the previous "60 million" Soundblaster buyers as if they were a guaranteed captive market for their new stuff. That's nuts.

This company needs to branch out into new areas. I think they should significantly expand their online sales into games, software and CDs. They could even get advertising and become an internet stock overnight with little capital expenditure. Or they could do what DELL does even cheaper. What great technology do they have? They're just a box assembler. The ONLY thing on their product that's theirs is the name.

But Sim is obsessed with PC sound and that's all he cares about. He doesn't care about the share price. In January 94, this stock was at 15 and the Nasdaq was at 800. Now the Nasdaq is at 1700 and this stock is at 9. That is Sim's great legacy.
