No Gordon, it was the next paragraph in that Press Release. There seems no ambiguity there unless you have President Clinton's zest for deconstruction.

At this point, I would say this is a knowing misrepresentation given the government denials of their guaranteeing the loans there and now Joe Sanker's identification of the Prizm Marketing Group's involvement.
