2oct98

I had the opportunity to speak with dr. Hinton this morning. He has been in New York since yesterday, and will be there 'till Monday afternoon having meetings with ALL of ADGI's consultants from India, West and S. Africa and Brazil. They are finalizing some major agreements and we should start getting news releases on them next week. He said that things are looking real good and has the feeling that ADGI shareholders will be smiling again real soon. He said that GTCC has signed some major deals, and are negotiating a few more, and projects that income from one of the telephonetics
deals will start rolling in to ADGI in as little as 2 weeks.
He also said that the call-back service in W. Africa is still being restructured as of now,and they are setting it up with latest technology equipment. He said that sometime within the next 18-24 months, they will de-regulate that part of the communications business over there, and is setting up a state of the art operation knowing that there will be buyers lined up to purchase operating companies there.
It seems to me he is setting this up to sell it off when the time is right. He has said before that the call back service is a "cash cow", and when it starts operating again it will provide immediate and steady cash flow to the company.
I asked about the Dengue fever test kits, and the deal with Brazil. He said that state elections are being held this Sunday, and previously negotiated contracts will need the signature of the newly elected Governors of the states where deals have been made.
He expects to have some signed contracts in the very near future.
Hinton also said that sales of the Hepititis-B vaccine will start this coming week, and looks forward to those sales to be very strong in some areas of West and S. Africa, parts of Asia and S. America.
He said that we will have more news and announcements on the MCI contracts "shortly". He didn't go into specifics so I will just have to take that to mean that
areas of operation and services to be provided will be announced, along with a projected customer base and projected revenues to the company.
I didn't get to speak with him for very long as he had more meetings scheduled, but
by the tone of his voice I got the impression that he was feeling very good about what's happening at the present time. He said that the numbers for the 3rd qtr. will be out no later than Nov. 15th,and he has already started feeding the accountants with necessary papers to get it done. He said that 4th qtr. numbers will be extremely good and will go up from there.
The "poor but proud" few, (not Hubert) that have held this stock thru thick and thin,(mostly thin) might, just might, be rewarded for their patience and belief that
ADGI will one day prove be a really good investment. Hang in there, and Good Luck to all of you.
John
