Jhild You really don't seem to know a lot about mortgage banking period. When most here in the USA receive a mortgage loan it does not usually stay with the bank you got the loan from. Many times it is sold to someone else. I believe the term private placement is not proper here. I believe you might want to read up on mortgage banking a bit more before you start asking questions about it. Possibly your employees could provide you some more reading material to get you up to par on your bashing. and than there is also the avenue of calling prwt and talking to Ceo who has been in the mortgage banking business for several years. He could really help you out with these questions. As far as Affordable Housing spearheading the 10,000 mortgages , I believe Affordable has already committed to taking 6,000 application so far.
