Tom, As I have indicated in the past, substantial NEWS/FUNDAMENTALS will effect/override the technicals. It is obvious that the market is waiting for TUE. I have noticed from my short-term technicals, that when there is a specific date awaiting news my short-term technicals oscillate in a very very tight range. Since my Short-term technicals are in the overbought range near CLASS SELL status, it indicates that once the news is out the market should head downwards. Of course if the news is better than what the street expects, such may change things. For now it appears that the best time to initiate PUTS is next MON/TUE, unless the market drops hard today or tomorrow, which I dont think that will happen. Seeya
