I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! When it wasn't moving at 0.031 with all those buys, I knew that the MM's are up to their old trick again....THE WALK DOWN! Watch as they walk it down from here again. I hate those guys. Sorry for the outrage. Just pissed at the result after all those buys. Rico

Well, I was looking at the sub-division there and counting the lots. I only seem to see that 137 have been laid out so far. belize.com Now extrapolating this division to be more than 1,800 lots makes it seem to be impossibly large. Where does all that sewage go? Into that lagoon? There is only 4 feet of elevation from those lots to the water. Another thing, I heard it discussed as a gated community yesterday. Well looking at the pictures and even the artists drawings, this doesn't seem to be the design intent (http://www.belize.com/pristine/img39.gif And this is just a rendition of the 137 lots.). So the "gate " then is better characterized as a sign that marks the subdivision. Because this certainly doesn't look like a gated community by American standards.
