I have no idea why this person file to register their 144 stock. I would imagine that different people would have different reasons. One person might file just to see if they hold a security that is sellable and another person might file because they think there might be a trading halt coming.
But like I said, people that file have already sold by the time you see it in the great majority of cases.

This is to inform everyone that AZNT has put an administrative hold on all WellRich referred clients. Sad thing is that WellRich will not stand to lose anything on this hold, only innocent shareholders of AZNT will. By the way, It's Mrs. Jihad not Mr.
