Hope to be hearing something about reporting. We are nearing the
close of the third quarter and as reported on August 4th we should
be fully reporting and seeing the form 10 filed soon after the end of this period. I suspect with the market upturn, we should start to see
some activity in JNNE very soon. To my knowledge, JNNE hasn't been late for any deadline that they have set(at least in the last six months or so).

I doubt the lawsuit against ANFS will have any effect on the Royal West/JNNE arrangement. JMO.

Evan:

I don't necessarily think so... the Costco deal owes much of their
success to JNNE who brought Amerinet to the table by way of recommendation. The Costco deal is in three parts... Amerinet,
Royal West, and JNNE. Royal West splits their take in part to JNNE.
JNNE and Amerinet don't have much communication as I understand it.

Evan, Lawsuit still pending. It is my understanding that the lawsuit is NOT tied to the COSTCO revenue stream. They are 2 separate deals.

I believe the revenue flow goes something like this...

COSTCO has an agreement with AmeriNet.

AmeriNet has an agreement with Royal West Sales.

Royal West Sales has an agreement with JNNE.

-------------

The lawsuits are between JNNE and AmeriNet. They revolve around a business (RETN) that JNNE sold to AmeriNet a couple of years ago. It had nothing to do with COSTCO.

I would imagine that COSTCO is probably aware of the lawsuits. IF they are, one could only speculate on what (if anything) COSTCO might do to influence one side or the other... or both.

-------------

Of course, while COSTCO and AmeriNet are holding our attention, we should not forget about what the AMS and Community Marquee divisions are doing. JNNE says they are continuing to grow. They may not be "glamourous," but they represent a core business.

That's all I've got for now.
