Eric, % of DRIV outstanding shares owned by TSQD = the # of DRIV shares owned by DRIV. The relationship though of "% of DRIV outstanding shares owned by TSQD = the # of DRIV shares owned by DRIV" forgoes the need to find out the # of DRIV outstanding. I don't understand, what does this mean ? Can you give the numbers? Also, you .21 does not account for DRIV share price. Correct, that is the ratio of DRIV shares owned for each TSQD share. Both formulas should arrive at the same number and they don't. Has to be because people are using a different number of outstanding shares for DRIV and/or TSQD. Hope
