"% of DRIV outstanding shares owned by TSQD = the # of DRIV shares owned by DRIV"

Better said "(% of DRIV owned by TSQD (reportedly 19%?) X DRIV outstanding shares) = # of DRIV shares owned by TSQD" My mistake.

That said, since we know the "# of DRIV shares owned by TSQD", we can substitute that value for the previous clause and do not need to know the two variables "% of DRIV owned by TSQD" and "DRIV outstanding".

I went back to try to find the values for "# of shares owned by TSQD (post-IPO)" and "total TSQD outstanding". I do not have those numbers but clearly remember this exercise yielding a relationship of .3. Doc, a little help here...

<<Both formulas should arrive at the same number and they don't. Has to be because people are using a different number of outstanding shares for DRIV and/or TSQD.>>

I agree. There have been many numbers bantered about for the variables required and this is likely where the confusion comes in. I prefer to use the formula I outlined simply because there are fewer unknown variables and the two formulas are mathematically identical.

Occum's Razor (kind of)
