Mike, At last, 19 years after the fact, I can write to all my old Wharton professors and tell them, "I was the one who told you that Black-Scholes didn't know squat about options." <G>

It ended up costing me a "B" in Speculative Markets, which is close to a failing grade for a PhD candidate. I know I deserved an "A," but it never pays to know more than the professors. Or, as John Maynard Keynes said when asked why he received barely passing marks on his economics dissertation, "I obviously knew more than the examiners." <G>
