There are voices of moderation in Congress, but moderation or even justice isn't necessarily what is driving the issue or will prevail. This is "good old boy" politics at its worst, where the "good old boys" have the majority. It has been awhile since I've seen such posturing in a city known for puffery. I might like Starr, if I knew him personally, but there has been some excess by him, in my view. We don't need excess in this environment; it's like throwing oil on a fire. Starowl
