i do not think so ward-- a couple of weeks ago Vic was suggesting anybody that did not buy @ a buck & change was stupid, however i believe this may go back to what the price of the last reverse split, which i believe was $.22. so its not me buying shares at these inflated prices imo.

Actually Ward,

I wouldn't mind a small 1 for 2 reverse split.

The float would be that much smaller for when FTEL stock moves up again.

But I concur that it wouldn't happen with only 20 million shares.

Before Frank's message I'd be screaming murder here too... but now that I can see the plan.. I hope JHP knocks it down a few more points.

I'd like some more.

For what it's worth, I got an e-mail from Helen that said, and I quote:

"what's this business about a reverse split? This has not been discussed or considered AT ALL here at Franklin. I can say that without reservation."
