first off
When I said committed to the 6000 loan applications. I meant they committed to the gov. of Belize to process that many applications. The application for a loan in Belize will be treated the same as in the USA. It will be based on the ability of the person to make his mortgage payment. That is why I said processing 6000 applications not making 6000 loans. I also would imagine amount of down payment would effect this. Also appraisal of the property the loan is being applied for.
Now as far as prwt having this money in their bank account to cover all these loans no I don't think so. Having mortgage investors that do this type of investing yes I believe they do.
As far as prwt say they are committed to being a billion dollar company. I have never heard that just from you.

I also figure any home in Belize selling for $90,000. today. Will be worth a great deal more in 10yrs. Just as in this country. I see many people wanting to live and retire in a place like Belize. I see Belize ,if their government gets there act together, as a very desireable place to live in and possibly do business in.
Jhild you are going to have to soon admit that the Belize government is on prwt's side because prwt is in Belize to help not hurt the government. this soon should be made clear. Very soon.
Again I will tell you this is not MTEI THREAD. I don't think mtei and prwt have anything in common except possibly some of the same investors.
Now I don't want to talk to you anymore because you are wasting my time.

Can someone please post this to SI because JHILD is beginning to peeve me off.
JHILD until U understand the mortgage business I would strongly suggest that U save your stupid comments. Just for anyone who does not understand the mortgage lending business here it is in a nutshell. Affordable takes the application, may do the underwriting for qualification themselves or may use a third party. The mortgage is
then placed with a mortgage lending company who will then immediately sell it to someone else almost immediately. This in the business is called brokering a mortgage. No money is needed by those who take the application and for there efforts they will receive fees for them drawing in the business. This is not complicated and Affordable is starting with this process in Belize. As noted in the shareholders
meeting they already have the middleman committed to take the responsibility of funding the mortgages. They may in return sell it in the aftermarket. I had one of my mortgages sold 3 times. I did not know who to pay my mortgage too. JHILD please shut up and don't be so stupid in your comments. You must certainly feel embarrassed with some of your recent comments. I had one of my mortgages sold 3 times. I can
tolerate ignorance but stupidity is unacceptable.
