Hey folks,
I had a nice talk with Reason this afternoon. I believe the rumors about upcoming PLRP news and am looking for some success with PLRP next week and beyond.

As I posted the other day, I have spoken with Pacel president Dave Calkins by phone. Since then I have spoken with an actual customer and user of Visual Writer, a man who works for Baltimore Gas & Electric. It sounds like the product is working great for them and, as proof, they are looking to expand the use of the product at that company (more users, more licenses). They took a big risk going with a relatively unknown product. As a result, other power companies can look at them as a "testbed" of the product and perhaps choose to purchase (which was the sense I got might happen in the future).

When I get involved with a company, the skeptical side of me sometimes thinks: "Is there any chance that this is a scam?" With Pacel I figure, "If this is a scam, why would two of their clients be the Manassas City Police department and the Loudoun County Sherrifs department (I know both of those cities as I live in Northern Virginia)? Why would they be in their fifth year of business doing work (getting clients) without reverting to scam-like behavior ('buy our shares even though we have nothing to show for it')?" So this is my way of saying that I think Pacel is legit and that means it's only a matter of time before the stock price reflects that.

My original entry point was .50, but I got some shares today at .3125 (5/16th). Planning on picking up more tomorrow.

Good luck all,
Chris
