Paul, I agree with you. This is "Stock Chat"! Are we not able to go to any of a thousand web sites that have the latest news on the most recent class action? I say we give Mr. Fancy a cyber wedgie. Steve, baby, talk to me. you post this stuff, what do you think about this stuff? Are you feeling burned by the stock drop? What is your story? Why do you care? There hasn't been any exploration below the surface lately. If Ciena lost all that AT&T DWDM business and LU only gets part of it who gets the rest??? What has been happening on the ADSL front? What are the prospects for contracts there? How big a loss was the Dustche Telcom contract to Fujitsu/Orckit? What are the prospects for consolidation between the two (DSC/Alcatel) organizations? Who will be named the new Area Vice President? This obsessive focus on the class actions is rather non productive. The introduction of some substantive developments/accusation/evidence would warrant posting. Don't take this personally, we all get caught in a rut some times.
