Did he say "NO"...he had every opportunity. He skirted the question.

He did say that CSCO is looking for "small" companies to help his "internetworking effort"....

let me help you:

CIEN is small (compared to the market cap of CSCO) and by all analysis CIEN has the products CSCO needs.

But you did'nt say that...you would rather spread "FUD".

If you were a CSCO shareholder would you want your CEO actively "bidding up" the price of the company you want to get on the cheap. You know the answer.
