Put/Call ratios have fallen from 9:1 to 1:1 so now maybe the market can decline without violating the rule of maximum pain.

I believe all have heard it at least once from either an analyst or a broker or whomever, that P/E ratios are irrevelant in one way or another, and now it is becoming a concern.
