Well, (nearly transformed completely to the dark side now) I can tell all of you this. In view of the latest PR release and the "resignation"/firing of Sukey (who knows?) it looks like I may have lost a lot of money...no matter how long I hold on.

If it turns out the the audited, certified financials for 1997 do not state $0.1085 NET earnings per share (or damned close to that) I will make it a personal quest on my part to join anyone here in doing anything I can possibly do, no matter how long it takes, to see to it that SEVERE penalties are imposed on the culpable parties. If everything said by management has been essentially misleading, I can't help but believe that the SEC will eventually act in every way possible to, both legally and criminally, see to it that justice is served.

To me, it is now becoming more than a money thing...i'ts the principles involved now.

Dave

LE....You're a very bright dude. Cynical too, but, sharp nevertheless. CNBC just did a piece on stock fraud on the internet dealing with microcaps. In summation, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then, it's a frigging duck. What you have implied is exactly what the SEC is going after now. Stock manipulation comes in many guises on the internet. None of us know each other from Adam, ouch, bad choice, I mean Chuck. To use an analogy, you would never think grandma baking apple pie is an ax murderer. Her appearance is nothing but wholesomeness and integrity. She's the epitome of honesty and truthfulness, nevertheless, a cold blooded killer. Of course we all have motives, including myself. We ALL want to make money. But people, more cunning than us, want to stack the deck, reduce the odds, lower the risk at the expense of honest investors, maybe gullible investors, looking at these threads for advice. Easy pickings until eventually someone as shrewd as them sees a pattern developing and sees the scheme for what it is. It may seem innocent, but, it is very thought out and orchestrated.

Little Engine,

Okay...I think now that the damaged has been done most of the FAMHsters (me included as an ex) now believe what you are saying to be correct. Obviously, with the company's failure to deliver as promised and the subsequent demise of the share price, you were the one with the correct calls in the end.

I'm sure (myself included) would love to know exactly what capacity (if any) you ever had with the company or in a related field if indeed that was the case since you seemed pretty sure of the consequences. If not, are you just a keen individual with an advanced degree in psychology? I am not asking for your name, just...can you tell us what you do for a living if possible and did you have a relationship with the company previously? Some of the posters (including IRA) made claims as such.

Appreciate you giving an answer here..or at the least, addressing my question.

Your friend,

Jane at the beach
