Does not W Buffet own a large stake in Level three? This is an interesting concept as Level Three is rolling out an entirely new fiber network. Obviously, they will need WDM to allow expansion on the lines. Does anyone know if they currently are a customer of CIEN, Pirelli, LU etc?
