Finally, hopefully, the good news we've been waiting for! Thanks for posting, Toni. Could someone explain to me how such a scenario could play out, if true? Somebody mentioned Ingenico buying shares from the treasury. How would this effect the stock price? Or, suppose they make an offer to buy all the outstanding shares at a certain price. Of course, they're not going to offer 3x what the shares are trading for now, so is that analyst guessing that any offer by Ingenico is going to move the price like this? Forgive my naivety.
