I have a feeling that the numerous and independent actions of cert pulling by shareholders are beginning to take effect, since it appears from various and sometimes bizarre reports on the Yahoo thread of difficulty in getting certs requested and delivered from brokers. Now why is that? I pulled a portion of mine a long time ago and still waiting after 2 weeks on the rest. My opinion is that to control your own destiny, one should pull your certificates. This would be true for any stock that you plan on having a "long" holding period on. The cert pulling should have no effect on the price if everything is kosher regarding the alleged short selling, right???? ;)
