Don't you just love all these Republicans saying that the polls don't really represent what the American people think. Because nobody THEY know doesn't think the Pres. should be thrown out, or some such! <g> It's called denial. It's reached a new level. Previously the line had been that it was just because the public was a bit, well, slow. And would catch up to the wisdom enjoyed by the beltway establishment and media before too long. That became a harder line to sustain when the results after the airing of the President's video tape was -- an strong uptick back to the mid sixties (and in some polls higher than in months) in the job approval ratings. And in the don't impeach numbers. Lots of Republican denial. <gg> You can see the media is finally starting to get the message. Like I said, you can feel the tide turning. Gonna get wet for Repubs. and the RR in particular. <gg> Doug
