There were 10 kids in our family. All of us ought to have died many times. The fact that we survived has nothing to do with how careful we were to avoid mistakes. Hell, we didn't have a clue: climbing abandoned grain elevators; swinging up and over the rotten coping of an old windmill; drinking kerosene; being hung up by the throat on a barbed wire fence, 2 miles from home; my baby brother (about 5) being ran down by about 100 spooked cows and falling in a depression on some sun baked muddy ground. We thought he was dead. But after they passed he stumbled up, walking a bit crooked from one glancing head blow...but as I have tried to point out: head blows were relatively risk free with us!

Druss,
I didn't have the common sense God gave a carrot.
I know what you are saying. I have always heard the saying "A chicken has a itty-bitty head but it has enough sense to get out of the rain". One night, as I lay in a roadside ditch looking at the remains of a truly excellent Camaro, the thought "Where's a chicken when you need one" zipped threw my mind and met precious little resistance.
So I took the insurance check and bought a 440 Charger. Who needs sense if you have good insurance?
