Regarding the new banner: It's all a matter of opinion and sometimes our opinion doesn't matter. Let me say this, as I was clicking through all these messages, I saw the banner come up twice and that's more than I've seen of the old one in the past. The message does list IT and all you have to do is click to go to the site. People may visit just out of curiosity more than they might have in the past under the old banner...who knows...not a key issue with me. What put the wind back in my sails was the Top Dog report on Belize, recently, and the other report of copius notes from others who attended. I am patient and know we are better off than we were when we ran to .12 and should be going back there (at least) soon! JMO, Brettster
