paulie,

What happened to your prediction of TLC's 34% market share?? I thought you said you would stake your reputation on it....as if you have any worthwhile reputation to stake <gg>. Once again, your are proven wrong and full of B.S.

"The scoop for aug so far is that TLC dropped to 29 and with Brod its now back up to 34. I'll stake my reputation wth anyon hear its less than 35%!" P. Richards - investing genius

Your only reputation is that of a disgruntled short who enjoys spreading lies and misinformation and who has been continuously wrong with respect to TLC's business. You must really enjoy embarrassing yourself publicly.

Remember, it's what Paul Richards isn't saying that counts, i.e. the truth.

Hey paul,
It's raining in Florida and some nice old lady won't be able to make it to Toys R Us to buy her granddaughter Reader Rabbit for her birthday this weekend. The street isn't aware of this news yet, but you may want to add to your TLC short position because its once it becomes known the stock is going to get hammered, I'd guess down to single digits. My guess is TLC won't even respond because as you so astutely point out, "it's what TLC isn't saying that counts."

coincidentally this weekend, businessweek & thestreet.com both try to warn investors about accounting perils...

my favourites:
1)write offs,... esp. the R&D numbers...

2)acquisitions by pooling of interests...

3)receivables...(pre-factoring)

4)analyst's cozy relationships...

BTW: what Q was TLC hyped, I mean promised, as TLC's 1st profitable one? I mean this century...
