Mytec is just one of 40+ developers as an Entrust Partner, this group includes a number of Mytec's competitors.

IMO I cannot see Mytec being acquired by Entrust.

An Entrust needs to remain independent of the solutions. I would look to a Lucent or an OEM. If this happened, I would see Counterforce sold separately. My guess would be a share swap if it happened. But this is all speculative and a big contract would be a prerequisite.

The pilot projects are the key.
