The fall of Kindu is used by the US gov't to try to implement something else than a new era of destabilized zones in The Great Lake region. This is the NCN version: marekinc.com

There seems to be signs among DRC ministers that DRC will follow this path.

All the mining companies in the region should come together and demand an extra gratification of some sort because of the wartime that has set a pressure on all involved. The financing of the Tenke project is surly just one example of that. If that was part of a plan for a restart of the whole region investors would just want to see to what extent they could relay on the agreements.

Will we see any initiatives from Rwanda/Uganda?

Regards,
Gunnar
