The sad part is that you are allowing it to interfere ... and the only reason for that is that you don't understand what is at stake other than there IS a suit. Even if the suit is lost, it means nothing financially to this stock! It is a personal suit between two people. MVEE is NOT a party to the suit! What is affecting the stock is the fact that there are no numbers to go on and the price continues to decline on low volume. It is generally called trickle down ... and it will probably continue to trickle down till the volume picks up on the facts of money from movie sales coming in, not on any possible outcome of the suit. To blame this on some mundane irrelevant lawsuit is to indeed bury your head in the sand. It is sales that will cause this puppy to move and nothing else!
