Hi Al. Look at this chart when you get a chance. It tends to support Milehigh's view that RMBS is at a triple top formation. geocities.com I'm not sold on P&F....but I would like to see the story... Are you saying that in P&F vernacular....that furthest peak that would form the triple top doesn't count because of the activity that occurred in between..i.e. the shorter intervening series of X's? By the way your point about the possible downside consequences upon failure is easily shown in the top left corner of the chart....if indeed that was a triple top chart. Or again was it simply a double top? Perhaps this chart is plotted differently....this is a 3 reversal amount of hi/lo range... Thanks, Stan

Al, thank you very much for your thorough post. No I have not read Tom Dorsey's P&F Book. I would like to, but it seems pretty detailed and I travel 11 states in sales, so I do not seem to have the time to devote to the subject. I am tempted to buy it this weekend. What is the exact title? Also, thanks for your input on RMBS, it seems as if it ready to take off! I hope, I am long, although I sold some calls and will need to unwind them at a loss. That is why I am asking, I do not want to unwind unless I am sure RMBS will move higher. My luck will be that as soon as I unwind my calls it will move lower! Maybe I do need the book! <g> MileHigh
