Tim,

It just seems a little too easy to me to look for scapegoats when the company cannot deliver the goods. I still think the process is flawed and the staff have no other alternative but to resort to tweaking. Pretty hard to write up a procedure manual when the process is in constant flux ;).

So you experimented with chemistry set when you were younger!
It didn't smell good.Maybe that explains your irate behavior and
parinoia.Should of wore a mask.Maybe it would of helped and you wouldn't be so spiteful. I wonder if Laser played with them to!
