You insist that the problem of production is caused by the absence of a method for extraction, and possibly you also mean the absence of any value to the ore. Do you have any evidence of this? All you can say is that the company fails to report fully. I agree. You are also correct in stating that the process is always in flux. But this is precisely what has to be corrected.

What you cavalierly discount is the possibility that there has been inefficiency and, to put it directly, incompetence on the part of the mill personnel. Should this possibility turn out be true then the correction of the problem centers around personnel. Either they can be quickly educated up to snuff or they can be replaced.

Based on my conversations with McKay I believe the problem is the personnel. This can be corrected and forms the basis of my optimism.
