I'm not sure I follow your comments. What is "this particular assembly of signatories."? Signatories to what document or plan? Coalition? Clinton definitely has friends overseas. It's no secret that really all American Presidents have a discretionary fund from which to dispense cheer and goodwill (read: 10s of millions of dollars) to countries which they visit. In fact, a goodly portion of America's solid "friends" overseas are direct recipients of massive aid money. So I think we can safely ignore the calls of support for Clinton from the peanut gallery. Like those partisan liberal women's groups who came out on Friday with their "statement": "yes, we agree that he is a lying scumbag to beat all lying scumbags, but still, he's a democrat, and so are we, and he carries our water for us, so we still support him". Whatever happened to ethics? Sorry for asking.
